Junior Combat Training

Our on-site training uses a wide range of combat disciplines from around the world, carefully chosen to condition each part of the body. Students will learn the fundamentals of boxing to develop upper body strength and increase cardiovascular ability and coordination. Elements of taekwondo will be used to full effect to increase leg strength, balance, and flexibility.

Elements of Krav Maga, Judo, and Muay Thai will give students an understanding of different combat styles and allow them to explore the world of combat sports in a safe and encouraging environment.

As well as combat disciplines, students can expect to use a wide range of bodyweight exercises designed to be an enjoyable challenge.

A typical session comprises a dynamic warm-up, punch combination, kick combination, strength and conditioning, core strength, team games, and personal challenges.
