Combat Fitness Academy provides fitness training centered around the fundamentals of mixed martial arts to develop strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination - as well as sharpening the mind and aiding mental toughness.
We believe in exercises that complement a student’s education, social interaction, self-esteem, and family life. Naturally, as our training follows the fundamentals of mixed martial arts, discipline & respect are at the heart of what we do. In addition, our training promotes the lesser-known benefits of combat fitness, such as humility, communication, patience, and self-control.
We teach with the understanding that combat should only be used to develop the body and mind, to defend ourselves and our loved ones, and to have fun.
